The case and handset are red bakelite, the flaws I can see are, there is one small chip on the case and one tight crack on the handset, and the base is missing two of the rubber feet, the photos show these flaws. The rotary dial works smooth and clicks nicely. I have been told by self proclaimed experts that this is a series 300 GPO design made for the Indian market, its old but not as desirable as an original GPO.
