1980s HUFFY THUNDER 40 OLD SCHOOL BMX DIRT BIKE USA MURRAY ROAD PRO GT VINTAGE. Here is a super cool (1980s vintage) HUFFY THUNDER 40 BMX bike with 20 wheels. Old School BMX bikes are super cool! The serial number is HC5728658 and was MADE IN USA! The bike features; an original frame and forks with original paint and decals! I believe this bike to be nearly all original parts from when it was new! (see pics and be your own expert) I got this one just like you see it. These early BMX bikes are so cool and have a great look to them! Has old school handlebars, cool old USA made seat, rat trap pedals, black painted chainguard, and more. This one has chrome wheels front and rear with a coaster style brake and a Shimano rear hub. The bike has cool knobby tires! I took lots of pics and have nothing to hide. Be your own judge of condition, originality, etc! I hope you LOVE IT! These are the kind of bikes I grew up with. Now they dont seem to exist! Bring back some fond memories and create some new ones as well! I have never seen another like it in a LONG time! This is a super cool bike you can ride and have fun with. BMX bikes are getting more popular! They make a good investment that will only go UP in value. Most were abused and throw away back in the day and are getting much harder to find now! You will LOVE this bike! I believe this to be a fairly nice original unmolested bicycle unless otherwise noted. Comes as you see it with parts shown. The distance from the center of the head tube to the center of the seat post tube is approx 15 1/2. NOTED FLAWS It is not 100% flawless but is not bad for its age! See pics Love the fact that this bike still wears its original paint! (has chips scratches etc) The chrome is shiny but is not perfect show quality. Both wheels have a slight wobble when you spin them. (most every used bike out there seems to) Would look nicer with a head tube decal and bar pads. I took lots of pics and have nothing to hide!
