I was told 1990s… The serial number is MC101297 The bike features; an original paint and decals frame and forks, UNIQUE GOLD ANODIZED neck, brake calipers, seat post clamp, decals, hubs, (reminds me of the old school BMX bikes from the 1980s) Redline handlebars, cool hand grips, (one has an open end) Redline pedals, cool looking Redline cranks and sprocket, and more! This one has lightweight aluminum wheels/rims front and rear. The tires hold air! CHECK OUT THE COOL “RL” pattern on the tread of the tires! (the rear one has more wear than the front) I got this one just like you see it. They are FUN and cool to ride or display! BMX bikes are HOT HOT HOT! I have never seen another like this one. I was told this one was not used very much since new! (see pics and be your own judge) It has been store in a basement of a local home for many many years and is ready to be enjoyed once again! Take good care of this and it will only go UP in value! This is a super cool bike you can ride and have fun with. BMX bikes are getting crazy popular! They make a good investment that will only go UP in value. Most were abused and throw away back in the day and are getting much harder to find now! You will LOVE this bike! I believe this to be a fairly nice original unmolested bicycle unless otherwise noted. Comes as you see it with parts shown. This one has a coaster brake rear hub but has the mounts for a rear hand controlled brake. I got this one JUST LIKE YOU SEE IT! This is a bike shop quality bike! Great to display, restore, ride, etc etc etc. The distance from the center of the head tube to the center of the seat post tube is approx 19. NOTED FLAWS It is not 100% flawless but is not bad for its age. The paint looks respectable for a 15-20+++ year old bike! (has chips scratches etc but has survived better than many) The chrome is shiney but is not perfect show quality. Both wheels have a slight wobble when you spin them. (most every used bike out there seems to) Neck has 3of 4 bolts. I remember growing up with BMX bikes. Everyone wanted a Diamondback, Mongoose, Hutch, Redline, etc. IF YOU had a bike like this, you were one of the coolest kids on the streets! They are all available right now!
