Thank you for the interest in this item. Set of 2 Antique Old French Spelter Metal Statue Man Figural Lamp Base Sculpture. This is a nice antique set of two old metal decorative figural statues lamp bases. The statues are made of a white metal Spelter with a silver toned or plated finish (see photos). The statues were used as lamp bases in the past (see photos). The items are not marked by the maker (see photos). The statues look like French hunters or soldiers. One of the statue has fish and the other has a pheasant or bird. The statues each measures in total about 14+ inches high (the spear with fish is about 18.75 inches high to the tip of the spear) and each is about 6 inches wide from side to side at the base. The item have some discoloration to the finish, metal breaks and losses, finish losses and wear and other signs of wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item). The items would need the rods reattached and to be rewired and turned back into lamps if you wanted to use them as such.
