This listing is for the comic book shown, which is likely in low grade condition, just a reader copy. However, it is not likely the lowest grade as it is intact and fully readable. The main defects include extensive wear to the front and back covers such as bends, nicks, etc. The inside pages look alright except for page browning and normal wear.
